Farm to Table Kids (FTTK) is hiring our Summer 2026 Camp Team in Freeport, Maine.
We’re looking for energetic, kind, and motivated individuals to help bring our garden-based camp to life through:
🌿 Gardening
🍓 Farm-to-table cooking
🎨 Nature crafting
🌻 Community and connection
Head Camp Counselor (Leadership role)
Lead staff, manage daily camp flow, and help create a safe, organized, and joyful experience for campers.
June 15 – August 14
Monday–Friday, 8:15–3:30
$20–$22/hour
Pay increase for WFA/WFR
Strong interest in gardening, cooking, or environmental education required
Camp Counselor
Support campers and bring daily activities to life through hands-on gardening, cooking, and creative projects.

Daily Schedule
8:00-8:30 am staff arrive to discuss plans and activities for the day
9:00 am welcome children, assist with check-in
9:00 - 9:30 am morning circle: morning yoga, morning craft, plan the day
9:30-10:30 am forest/farm circuit (planting, harvesting, foraging, etc.)
10:30-11:00 am snack
11:00-12/12:30 pm Farmer Steph/Farmer Flora or guest Farm Friend lesson
12:30 Lunch
1:30 - 3:00 pm Craft & Pick up
3:00 pm pick up
3:30-4:00 staff depart
